“Caffeine” is the name given by Google to their new search engine algorithm which was released in June 2010.   Google’s new search engine “caffeine” is indexing your SEO and website changes faster than ever before, plus Google can store much more information from your website, which means their spiders can reach deeper into your website and capture Video content.

Even though it is still early days to analyse the impact of Google Caffeine from an SEO perspective, the signs are that website owners which regularly update their content, plus accurately make all their content relevant to how people search, will be rewarded with higher search engine rankings and more traffic.
