Ewan is the Founder and CEO of ROI.COM.AU. He is a passionate Entrepreneur with 20+ years Digital Marketing experience, in which time he’s helped 10,000 Australian and International businesses grow. Ewan is a proud dad, husband and leader of the brilliant ROI.COM.AU team. Outside of work he loves to back a winner, pound the pavement and make the most of everyday.

Lavinder joined the roi.com.au team in 2015 after a successful career in Professional Services as CFO/COO. The man affectionately known as Lav, loves nothing more than when India beat Australia in the cricket.

Dave joined ROI.COM.AU as a Major Accounts Manager back in 2011 and now looks after our Account Management and PPC teams as General Manager – Performance. Dave also enjoys playing cricket and supporting the Western Bulldogs.

Jonathan joined the ROI.COM.AU family in early 2015, having spent the previous ten years working in Technology and Sports Marketing. In the office, Jonathan helps to support our sales effort, whilst leading our Web, Development and Operations Teams. Out of the office he loves evolving his business knowledge, is a keen cricketer and Bombers fan.

Raised by a super-parent and wise beyond her years, you wouldn’t believe Chloe is a fresh graduate. This designer is making digital dreams come true with her artistic vision and knack for clever, thought-provoking imagery. Chloe’s hunger for adventure has her torn between wanderlust and the love of her dogs Millie and Lucie. We’re hoping the dogs win and this lass never leaves us!

Giang has a unique perspective on design and is keen on learning new things. She spent time plying her trade in the West End schmoozing amongst the theatre types. During this time she turned into a football hooligan, attending big matches such as the North London Darby (COYS) as well as multiple Champions League games at Celtic Park. She also has a penchant for collecting snow globes from around the World.

Hence, this left and right brain utilising power-house has the analytical skills and creativity to assess circumstances and provide unique solutions to add value to stakeholder projects. She’s also passionate about social welfare having volunteered in Africa. With big ideas, Jess is ROI’s secret weapon when it comes to client and office place relations.

As the 2015 winner of ROI’s Dynamic Digital Marketing Scholarship, Ann is the ultimate chameleon, having worked in a variety of industries from finance to (now) marketing.

Originally from Sydney, Ann moved to Melbourne to pursue her passion for Digital, helping clients grow their business and iced café lattes (but mostly the last one).

In her spare time, Ann enjoys long walks on the beach, travelling and Matt Damon movies and maybe wouldn’t mind travelling overseas to walk down a beach with Matt Damon.

You think you know what accountants are like but you have no idea. Kate ain’t no fuddy-duddy. This miserly maiden of mathematical magic boasts experience in the high fashion industry as well as has lived in Switzerland, skiing her way to and from work during her time as a computer programmer. With three beautiful kids and a husband who must have a haircut in every nation he visits, Kate is both a family woman and a keen adventurer, ready to pack her rucksack and take her domestics onto the open road, no matter the destination.

Wanted for a crime he didn’t commit and framed by the organisation he swore to protect, Pepper is a man on a mission to sprinkle justice on account management wherever he goes. Pepper shaker puns and 90’s action film cliches aside, Mark was once called “Steve” for a whole year at his previous workplace and was just too nice to correct anyone. This all around nice guy is the absolute darling of ROI whose lighthearted banter and movie references bring joy to every seemingly ordinary day.

Luke brings to all projects award winning design expertise as well a background in web development, customer journey architecture and data driven user experience.
An avid sports fans, Luke enjoys the occasional highs and frequent devastating lows of being a Melbourne Demons fan. Luke is also a keen musician and a proud cat owner.

Malcolm has also become the most popular person in the office, not only due to his warm and friendly demeanour but with people haranguing him with tech riddles only he can solve.

Hailing from the British Columbia, Caleb fits the bill of the well loved, polite Canadian type, only to surprise (if not terrify) you on the cricket field with his fierce game. He brings this tenacity into the office, being the “go-to web guy” when turning the computer on and off again doesn’t seem to work anymore. While in his homeland, Caleb worked in the oil and gas industry doing onsite programming and communications. He then taught technology in high schools upon his move to Australia but has ventured back into web development, much to the relief of ROI who are grateful to have him on the team!

The resident sunshine boy with an undying enthusiam for anything and everything, Mike is an invaluable addition to the ROI team. When he’s not calculating numbers and clicking away at a spreadsheet, Mike fancies himself as a bit of a health guru and meditation god.
